Q: What is Natra-Kleen made from? A: Natra-Kleen’s primary ingredients are Coconut Oil, Sugar Syrups and Spearmint Oil. A food dye is used to give it the green colour.
Q: What is the active ingredient in Natra-Kleen? A: Natra-Kleen is inert in its concentrated form and only becomes active when water is added to it.
Q: How does Natra-Kleen work? A: Unlike other conventional cleaning agents, Natra-Kleen is neither abrasive or corrosive.
The products unique plant based ingredients combine together to gently lift and remove soiling off the surface and carry it away.
Q: Is Natra-Kleen made from 100% Australian ingredients? A: Wherever possible we source Australian ingredients. Natra-Kleen is 100%manufactured in Australia and is owned by Australians.
Q: When you say Natra-Kleen is an All Purpose Cleaner, what does that mean and what can you clean with it? A: All Purpose means it can be used in most cleaning situations. You can clean almost everything with Natra-Kleen from floors and windows to toilets and ovens.
Q: Why is the floor less slippery when it is wet with Natra-Kleen than the dry floor over there? A: This is due to the fact that Natra-Kleen will take all dirt and residue out of the surface leaving the surface to perform as it was intended to when originally manufactured, Non Slip. The floors are not slippery, it is the residue left on them that become slippery.
Q: Will Natra-Kleen do the same as bleach? A: No. Bleach will definitely make the mould disappear and kill some of the mould it comes in contact with. However, it will also leave a residue behind and once it has been exposed to light for a period of time bleach is no longer affective. In the residue left behind, the mould that it does not kill will begin to grow again. With regular use, Natra-Kleen will eventually reduce the mould and inhibit its growth. It will not leave a residue for the mould to grow in.
Q. When I used Natra-Kleen on my windows and floors I got a white streak on the glass and floor. A: The white streaking is not caused by Natra-Kleen but rather by the chemical cleaners previously used on the glass and floor. Most other window and floor cleaners are residual and this residue builds up over time, Natra-Kleen will remove this residue completely after 2 or 3 cleanings.
