Returns & Privacy Policy

Green Mountain Solutions Returns and Refunds Policy:

Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you;

  • Simply change your mind, or
  • Make a wrong decision

Within 7 days of receiving the goods, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit only if;

  • The goods are faulty
  • The item is wrongly described
  • The goods are different from the sample shown to you, or
  • They do not do what they are supposed to

After 7 Days, no refund, exchange or credit will be accepted, unless it can be proven that the purchaser of the goods is not responsible for the damage of the product.

When exchanging goods, we need you to return all components including leftover product, packaging, instructions and accessories.

All costs of returning goods to Green Mountain Solutions will be at the purchasers expense
