Summary of Test Method: The test temperature was 25 + 1 °C. The test vessels were 20mL  borosilicate
glass scintillation vials with 20mL test solution. There were 4 replicate vessels per treatment.   The initial cell
density was 10,000 cells/ mL, determined by haemocytometer counts. Cell densities were              enumerated at 72
hours by haemocytometer counts. The test vessels were shaken by hand 2 times per day.
